Often funds are sent to an electronic purse or bank account, can be transferred to the account of a front company, transferred to the account of a relative of the bribe recipient and so on. The problem of solvability of this type of crime largely depends on the correct formulation of the very course of the investigation, planning on the case. This cannot be done without development of a special methodology of investigation. The basis for the creation of methods of investigation of any crime is the generalization of experience in the investigation of cases of this category, analysis of the methods of environment and ways of committing the crime, identification of relevant patterns and characteristics typical of these crimes.
