Bone tumor images have a variety of etiologies, which is why a systematic diagnostic approach is essential.The aims of this book are to provide a good understanding of the radiological semiology of a bone lesion; to provide the various points of analysis: the number of lesions, frequency arguments, clinical elements, lesion localization, limits and tumor matrix, appearance of the cortical and periosteal reaction; to discuss the most likely diagnosis and appropriate management.Standard X-rays and CT scans clarify lesion boundaries, matrix mineralization, cortical status and periosteal reaction.
