Chronic low back pain is a common, disabling and multifactorial pathology that represents a major public health problem due to its physical, psychological and socio-economic consequences. Its management must be multidimensional.The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of three therapeutic approaches in the management of chronic low back pain: conventional rehabilitation alone, Global Postural Rehabilitation (GPR) and Neurophysiological Pain Education (NPE) combined with conventional rehabilitation, by assessing their respective impacts on pain, functional capacity and the psychological state of patients.This study demonstrated the effectiveness of integrating new approaches in the management of chronic low back pain. GPR and NDT, combined with conventional rehabilitation, provide complementary benefits, with a specific impact on functional capacity for GPR, and on pain and psychological state for NDT.
