Managing Parkinson's disease is a challenge for healthcare personnel as well as for caregivers and patients. It is a great effort that involves the integration of several factors aimed at improving the quality of life of these patients who often go unnoticed and are diagnosed mostly at an advanced age. Having a self-care guide for them would be more than a blessing. A tool that makes it easier for them to face life and circumstances in a better way without being isolated or deprived of knowledge. For this reason, a group of tips resulting from an investigation have been compiled to make them available to all those who feel the need to guide and care for Parkinson's patients. Even so that they themselves are able to know what to do, how to do in simple situations that arise at home.
