Preparation for prosthetic treatment of patients with secondary dental deformities is one of the most difficult and responsible tasks of modern dentistry. Secondary deformities are changes in the structure and function of the dentoalveolar system resulting from pathologic processes or lack of timely treatment. These changes include displacement of teeth, violation of occlusion and aesthetics, as well as bone atrophy. Their treatment requires a comprehensive approach aimed at restoring chewing efficiency, aesthetics and preventing further complications.
