M. Mubeen is a renowned senior Urdu fiction writer who has written hundreds of literary short stories, novels, and more than 25 story books and Sci-Fi novels for children. He is proficient in both Urdu and Hindi languages. Currently, 68 of his books have already been published.

'Char Andhe' is M. Mubeen's collection of 11 stories in Urdu, specially written for children which tells the stories of contemporary, modern day kids.

The title story is about a village inspector who is on the lookout for the criminal who destroyed the farm and house of a hard-working villager, Ram Din. But the four witnesses of this destruction are blind!
