Cosmopolitan Noel Foster and his intriguing friend Jasper Aspect search for rich heiresses to marry. And Lady Marjorie, accompanied by her friend Poppy, has run away from the mess that ensued after she called off her wedding. When they all join the locals of a small town in a theatrical representation between Pacifists and Jackshirts, tensions come to a boiling point.
