The historical and cultural awareness of prominent Urdu writer Aziz Ahmad is well reflected in his fictional and non-fictional writings. Especially the Indian Muslim culture becomes the focus of his attention. In this book, Aziz Ahmed's fictional works, i.e. some novelettes, his concept of history and civilization have been discussed chronologically in order to give a general overview of the stages of the author's mental journey.
