Poetry is the highest form of art. Poetry is based on imagination, the higher the flight of the poet's thoughts and the more exaggeration in the essay, the more beautiful the poem will be. In his ghazals, Niyae Sharma understands the value of style as well as thought. He is not completely devoid of the artistic traditions of ghazal. In many of his poems, he has used ijtihad, but even in this ijtihad, he has not deviated from the basic requirements of ghazal. In his ghazal poetry's collection Girya-e-Shabnam (The crying of Dewdrops), he has generally tried to harmonize the beats of his heart with the traditional requirements of ghazal.
