He has been managing the consulting group Nofar for 20 years. He is also senior member of the Israel Organization for Organizational Development and has trained hundreds of participants in training programs for organizational consultants, including Bar-Ilan University. He is director of the program "Horses Leading Leaders" - which includes challenging activities involving horses.
