The books is the collection of Dr.Stephan Hsu's essays published in Taiwan and is compiled according to five dimensions. They are promotion of vocational education, avocation of accountability, introduce of education in different countries, innovation in conception of education, and reminiscence of gratitude and friendships toward guru-comrade. Each compilation contains eight articles and forty ones in total. They are all from the experience of painstaking efforts at education work, which not only reflect the process of the author's engaging in education but also witness the historical development of education in Taiwan for 60 years. The book is worth a reference for researchers who study education and from which it is even worth learning for young educators who intend to innovate the reform education.
