This book is meant to be used as an EXAM training course for the (A-
8) Engine Performance ASE certification. It is derived from our
companion software series "Interactive Software Preparation Series"
by the same author, Mandy Concepcion. This book series is unique in
that it forms a complete and full ASE training course. No other study
material is needed to study and pass the ASE EXAM. This book also
has a complimentary DVD, but although it is recommended it is not
absolutely necessary when using this book alone.

The Book takes into account the ASE questioning format and the study
material presented here is structured according to the latest ASE
specifications. The study flow is simple, use the guided material in the
books, take a few sample exams, use the optional DVD-set and take
the ASE exam.

We hope to better educate the technician community and to this effect
we've developed this unique ASE study course. Being an ASE certified
technician shows only one thing, that you care about your trade and at
the very least you try to stay current with our automotive technology
