Le Présent Manifeste répond à la volonté du Peuple Camerounais de sortir de l'Impasse des fausses élections qui lui sont imposées depuis la fin des années 50 par le régime néocolonial Ahidjo Biya. Les Lionnes et Lions Indomptables de la Libération Panafricaine du Cameroun (LILIPAC) s'y engagent à oeuvrer pour une mobilisation populaire qui hâte la mise en place d'une Transition vers une Nouvelle République Panafricaine du Cameroun. Le Dr Nyamsi Wa Kamerun Wa Afrika et ses Compagnons des LILIPAC mettent ainsi en oeuvre le plan B pour la libération du Cameroun de l'oppression dictatoriale de Paul Biya.
This Manifesto responds to the desire of the Cameroonian People to break the deadlock of false elections imposed on them since the end of the 1950s by the neocolonial Ahidjo Biya regime. The Indomitable Lionesses of the Pan-African Liberation of Cameroon (LILIPAC) are committed to working for popular mobilization which hastens the establishment of a Transition towards a New Pan-African Republic of Cameroon.
