The Theory of Relativity is the predominant one; but because they allow not solve the Current Challenges of the Physical Sciences, their theoretical assumptions are already exhausted. For this reason, the Hypothesis on the Evolution of Our Physical Universe (HEOPU) was born in 2001. In 2008 were registered three books in Spain and later, in 2021 this one in Brazil. Their own theoretical assumptions reach the microworld. His field of action begins where the prevailing theory ends. HEOPU uses a Quantum Reference System (QRS), whose origin of coordinates responds to the Cold Big Bang of G. Lemaître (1894-1966). All theoretical results are supported by replicable experimental evidence and observations, achieved by the scientific community.

Based on the Genetics of G. J. Mendel, HEOPU unveiled the Universal Physical Genetics. Through this, HEOPU discovered that there are only two elementary particles: Both are mutant physical genes! Each monopole is a succession of genetic mutations. Each mutation is a succession of evolutionary states. Each state is represented by a dot on the (QRS).

HEOPU revealed the Quantum Condensation; which is mother of the "fundamental interactions of the Universe" and the main reason why elementary physical genes have or do not have mass and charge. The Magnetic Monopole (MP) is a sequence composed of three genetic mutations, such that: the isolated state is the positron; but the confined state is matter. Its gamma photon (?) is the transition state between positron and the confined state. Through the Quantization Condition, HEOPU revealed that (m+) propagates at (V > c): from (2c) to (920c).

The MP and its quantum image - in a quantum entanglement - constitute an electric dipole. An example of this dipole is the controversial Particle X17, through which the HEOPU revealed and calculated the energy of quantum entanglement (EQE). That energy exists; but it manifests only in the format of fields: electromagnetic and gravitational.

HEOPU also revealed that, through the charge/mass ratio of the electron the mass is quantized. Newton's gravity is also quantized and without needing the imaginary space-time; it propagates through the gravitational fields of (EQE).

Hypothesis on the Evolution of Our Physical Universe (HEOPU) further discovered that it is not gravity or electromagnetism who governs the Cosmos; but the Quantum Condensation. HEOPU also revealed that - at the microworld - also Dark Energy and Dark Matter are genetic mutations of elemental physical genes.

HEOPU also revealed the unification between electromagnetic and gravitational interactions. But, in addition to other results, this result will be published in another book.
