The goal is to end up with your 4 figures in the highest position in the company. The higher you get, the more salary you get. The addition of the 4 salaries determines the winner of the game.
The way up is not easy. There are many bottlenecks blocked by opponents. You can only overtake your own figures. With the number of dice, the figure is always moved on the lowest floor.
