Petaling junk, Spencer, Bob, Bobby and Robert White have made their way to see Tortilla, hoping that he would purchase some of their inferior products. These four sales-quail will stop at nothing, selling their garbage to the fine folks of Varnmintsville. Now, it is up to Tortilla to get the town out of the new mess they find themselves in and rid the tiny city of the pesky quail.
