Description
About the Author: Mary Ashton
I was born in Yorkshire England and my father was a miner. My mother worked in the fields whenever there was planting or harvesting to be done.

In 1962, my husband's work took me to North Africa and since then I have spent most of my life in and out of different parts of Africa: lastly in and around Johannesburg, where I became a Born Again Christian and joined the Apostolic Church in 1982. I now attend International City Church on Netherhall Road Doncaster.
My poems relate to special experiences in my Christian walk, all have exciting stories of how God intervened in my life. One day I could write a book!
I pray you will be blessed and enjoy your walk with us through these pages.
