In all the folk festivals of Kosal region (Western Odisha) where-ever there is varua tattwa the principles of Astanga Yoga play their parts. One may wonder at this metaphysical discovery made by this author, but it is as true as broad daylight. To believe in such a spiritual phenomenon and to know the truth one has to undergo the subtle principles of Astanga Yoga of Maharshi Patanjali. It is not very difficult to conceive, but one has to show a little interest in it if he or she is a Sadhak or Sadhika or even curious about gaining secret knowledge of yoga.
