The main purpose of TAITRAYA Upanishad is Ananda / Joy / Blissfulness. It contains a detailed description of all the necessary tools for attaining Ananda.

TAITRAYA Upanishad has been composed by deriving the essence from the seventh, eighth and ninth chapters of the Krishnayajurvediya Taittiriya Shakya. It explains the importance of education, pleasure and food in the three Vallis.
