Cooking has been one of my favourite things since I was a child. My mother is an excellent cook, and I eagerly learned South Indian recipes from her.

After getting married and settling in Delhi, I discovered that my husband and children had a great liking for North Indian dishes. This sparked my interest in learning new cuisines. Living in Delhi allowed me to meet friends from different states, and I learned a variety of North Indian recipes from them.

In this book, I share simple recipes for North Indian dishes that I have learned, cooked, and adapted for everyone to try with ease.

I also plan to launch a YouTube channel soon to share my culinary journey through that medium. Your support will mean a lot to me in this endeavour.
