This recognizes diverse background, cultures, identities within a community.Embracing such diversity requires creating an inclusive environment where everyone has an opportunity to survive, be successful.The book "Equity and Compassion in Inclusive Social Engagement" is an outcome of the Study Conference organised by the Department of Social Work, Self Financed Stream, Madras CHristian College in collaboration with the Professional Social Workers Association Chennai.
