Nell Slagle's brother killed twenty-five people, most of them children, at a middle school. Before he did, he killed his mother and injured Nell. Shunned by society, addicted to heroin, and homeless, Nell is sure that her life can't get any worse, until a defense contractor's experiments make her bulletproof. With her new power, Nell decides that those who profit from murder should face the consequences. She becomes a mass shooter who targets gun shows.
