Despite available standard therapies, care remains inadequate in many cases: new fractures, under-treatment, and poor adherence to therapy are ongoing challenges. However, a paradigm shift is emerging in clinical and molecular biological research. This book is the first systematic and comprehensive presentation of the latest treatment methods for osteoporosis.
